1st News reports that the allegations came to light on Friday, August 20, 2021.
However, the renowned cleric is yet to react to the allegations which is currently one of the trending topics on social media. The alleged sex scandal was exposed by Nollywood actress, Ifemeludike Chioma Grace.
The actress confessed to having sex with Apostle Suleman twice after being hooked up by a Nollywood colleague.
Specifically, she had named Lynda Clems as the person who arranged the tryst with the man of God. According to the young actress, who recently got baptized at Redeemed Christian Church of God; the General Overseer paid her over five hundred thousand naira to sleep with her.
Ifemeludike had disclosed that the first sexual encounter between her and Apostle Suleiman took place November 20, 2016 in a hotel at Ikeja. Thereafter, she claimed that the man of God secretly gave her his number.
Subsequently, they had met up behind the arrangee and had a second session at Oriental Hotels, Lagos.
Further, the actress revealed that she had no idea that the man of God was quite prominent; especially at the time she had intercourse with him. She also stated that her public confession came after her spirit continued to torment her; adding that she needed to make restitution for her sin.
In addition, she went on to advise young women who may have committed such sin in the past; urging them to seek God for forgiveness and mend their ways.

Since the confession went viral, Clems, the alleged pimp, had come out to deny allegations of the part she played in the sexual tryst. Also, 1st News reports that she had threatened to sue Ifemeludike for defamation; a claim that the latter had immediately reacted to, urging her to go ahead.
However, the man in the centre of the storm is yet to react.
1st News reports that this is not the first time that Apostle Suleiman has been linked with a sex scandal.
Earlier in the year, a pastor who used to work with the popular preacher had accused him of sleeping with his wife. Pastor Mike Davids, who has since left the church, accused Apostle Suleman of sleeping with his wife; Pastor Faith Edeko, while the two were working together on setting up a gospel television station for the church.
He alleged that the two first had sex at a hotel where Suleman had lodged her; adding that his young daughter was sleeping in the room when it happened. The pastor said he forgave his wife after she confessed the first meeting to him out of guilt, but that the affair continued.
Also in 2018, the preacher had been entangled in a messy sex scandal with a self-professed singer, Stephanie Otobo; a case which eventually got the Police involved. Later, the lady in question was said to have confessed to being paid to defame the man of God in a video posted on his church’s Facebook page.
A number of other Nollywood actresses have also been linked with the preacher; including Daniella Okeke who was forced to recently come out to address claims of sleeping with the pastor and the buxom Cossy Orjiakor; who infamously addressed Apostle Suleiman as a ‘mini-pricked pastor’.
