Ayo Makun, a Nigerian comedian and accomplished actor better known by his stage name AY, recently broke down in tears over his wife’s passion for roasted corn.
He lamented his celebrity status while posting pictures of his interior decorator wife buying maize on the go to his Instagram feed.
In his life tale, he stated that he and his wife frequently park on the street so that she can buy roasted corn, or agabado, for them.
AY requested the assistance of his followers in reminding his wife of his fame.
“Story of my life, everyday people we see me and this woman parking on the street, just for her to buy a damn roasted corn, aka Agbado. Can somebody help me tell her that AY is a ‘celebrity’. Lol”.
A day back, AY had replied to a lady’s curiosity over his wife, Mabel Makun’s banging body.
It is no longer news that the couple had lost their Lagos mansion to a fire incident.

The comedian, who relocated to the US with his family, returned to Nigeria to celebrate his friend’s birthday. He also shared clips from the party.
A female fan asked whether his wife had undergone surgery in his comment area. AY didn’t think twice to refute her claims.
Ayo Makun assured his wife Mabel Makun that they would recover from their loss after it occurred.
He declared that he and his interior designer wife, Mabel Makun, would be unstoppable as long as they were together.
