Breaking: Obaseki wins Edo election

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced Godwin Obaseki as the winner of Edo governorship election.

INEC made the announcement through its verified twitter account @inecnigeria. The tweet read ”That Godwin Obaseki, having fulfilled the requirements of the law and got the highest votes, is the winner and is returned elected. RO Edo.”
