Veteran Nollywood actor, Bruno Iwuoha has kicked the bucket at the age of 68.
Bruno Iwuoha who battled with diabetes and blindness for years has given up the ghost.
His painful death was made known by close associates and filmmaker, Derik Zai who revealed that the actor died at the National Hospital, Abuja.
According to him, Chief Bruno has been in a coma for about 3 weeks, and everything done to stabilize him couldn’t bring him back to life. His remains have been deposited at the hospital mortuary.
His family members are yet to announce his burial arrangements.
Bruno Iwuoha’s death is coming weeks after Nollywood lost veteran actor, Sadiq Daba.
He died on Wednesday, March 4 at a Lagos hospital. Sadiq Daba’s last movie appearance was in Kunle Afolayan’s ‘Citation’ which was released in October 2020.
Daba made waves in the 1980s on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
He has featured in several TV series and movies, with ‘Cock Crow at Dawn’ and ‘October 1st’ as notable mentions.
Sadiq Daba’s health has been a source of concern for many over the last few years.
Prior to his demise, Daba was on the verge of losing one eye in 2020.
The journalist identified as Olutade Simon went on the social media platform; where he also shared a photo of the actor in an onerous state.

“@dabiodunMFR @ProfOsinbajo @jidesanwoolu Sadiq Daba is still sick. Yesterday, he reached out he was still ill and on the verge of losing one of his eyes. It is a tough time as the Government is battling COVID-19. But I will blame myself if I don’t do this and something happens to him,” he tweeted.
