Coronavirus: Eniola Badmus is stuck in London

Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus is scared of contracting the dreaded coronavirus pandemic.

 

The pandemic coronavirus has instigated a pause in global activities. Several events such as football activities and music festivals have been placed on hiatus due to the severity of the virus.

 

Voluptuous actress, Eniola Badmus is currently stuck in London, United Kingdom. She shared a distressing video on Instagram where she revealed she is concerned with the outbreak; the actress also mentioned that she does not want to contract the virus.

 

Further, Eniola Badmus explained that she and a colleague in the entertainment industry are in the same situation. She revealed that they can’t leave their home in London and can’t come back to Nigeria.

 

She explained that she doesn’t want to be quarantined when she comes back to Nigeria hence her decision to stay indoor in London.

Meanwhile, the Lagos State Government on Wednesday, March 18 banned all religious gatherings expected to consist of over 50 people within the state. Mainly affected are churches, mosques and other religious gatherings which usually draw sizeable attendances.

 

The decision was reached on Wednesday after a closed-door meeting between the Lagos State Government officials and religious leaders.

 

Equally important, the meeting was held at the Press Centre, Alausa Secretariat, Ikeja.

 

Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Olanrewaju Elegushi, announced the development to newsmen. He said that the decision was taken in the interest of Lagosians. Further, he disclosed that it was necessary toward curbing the spread of the dreaded coronavirus.
