Taking to Instagram for the big day, the 42-year-old former footballer shared a sweet snap of the pair cuddled up to one another for a sweet selfie.
The genetically blessed couple looked at the camera whilst enjoying a romantic dinner date and seemed blissfully happy in one another’s company.
Thinking also of his family and followers, David extended his well-wishes to them in a sweet post.
