Drake has filed a temporary restraining order against a female stalker. The Grammy award-winning rapper claims the woman has been stalking his Hidden Hills, California home for years.
According to documents obtained by Page Six, the rapper accused a 29-year-old woman of sending him threatening emails “wishing him dead” and saying he should “shoot himself and his son with a bullet.”
The woman was arrested back in 2017 for trespassing on his property.
Drake also alleged that the woman attempted to gain contact with him by filing a frivolous $4 billion lawsuit. The stalker had also filed her own restraining order against the Toronto artist.
“As a result of her harassment and obsession with me, I have suffered and continue to suffer emotional distress and am concerned for my safety and that of my family,” the Grammy winner added to the filing.
Drake is requesting his alleged stalker stay at least 100 yards away from him, his family, and his home.
Last year he had to deal with a woman armed with a knife who attempted to trespass into his Toronto estate.
“A female adult that was carrying a knife has been arrested. She did not gain any kind of entry into the property, and there were no injuries.
“It is not clear what she was doing at the resident; but she had no communication whatsoever with the homeowner,” a Toronto Police Department source told The Sun at the time.
