Nigerian comedian Godwin Komone popularly known as Gordon has celebrated his mother’s marriage at 72. Gordon took to his Instagram account to thank God for a successful marriage ceremony; revealing how his mother was able to find love even at 72.
He said: “My mother got married yesterday at the age of 72. Don’t tell me true love don’t exist. Congratulations mama.”

In other news, Instagram comedian Josh Alfred also popularly known as Josh2funny has opened up on the reason he alongside others visited Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo.
He revealed in an interview with Punch that the visit was part of the activities for the Nigerian Skit Industry Award.
The visit was planned by a former member of the House of Representatives, Bimbo Daramola.
Josh also revealed he decided to visit the vice-president with his colleagues; because it would help the industry and give them due recognition.
“We were called upon by the Nigerian Skits Industry Awards; to pay a visit to the Vice President in an effort by the organisers to help us get due recognitio; just like it is obtainable in the movie and music industries,” he likewise said.
“Having a meeting at such level means so much for the industry; and that was why I deemed it very important to be part of the visit.”
