June is Pride month. As a part of the annual celebrations, companies are rolling out products; as well as features that mark their solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community.
For instance, Google recently announced that Google Maps as well as Google Search will show gender-neutral washrooms in the US.

These features, as we mentioned before, are aimed at supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
Also, apps like Instagram and LinkedIn have already rolled out features on their platforms that enable users to add personal pronouns to their profile such that; it is visible to all their followers or in the case of LinkedIn, their connections. Here are the steps that you need to follow.
How to add a personal pronoun to your LinkedIn profile:
Step 1: Open your LinkedIn profile.
Step 2: Now click on your profile image.
Step 3: Next, click on the Edit button in the upper-right corner of your profile page.
Step 4: Click on ‘Add former name’ to add your maiden name; or any name by which people may have known you in the past.
Step 5: Click on ‘Visible to your Connections’ to make this name known to all your connections.
Step 6: Now click on the drop-down arrow in the Pronouns section.
Step 7: Choose from She/Her, He/Him, They/Them option. Alternatively, you can click on the Custom option to add a pronoun that is not listed by LinkedIn.
Step 8: Now click on the ‘Visible’ button to make your pronouns visible to everyone in your connection.
Step 9: Lastly, click on the ‘Save’ button to save the changes; and see your personal pronoun being reflected on your LinkedIn profile.
