Netflix to release Mo Abudu’s ‘Fifty’ in December

Mo Abudu’s debut movie Fifty will be available to millions of viewers all over the world on movie streaming service Netflix in December, 2015.

The partnership agreement was revealed by the EbonyLife CEO at an exclusive screening of the movie which took place at Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, The Palms Mall, Lekki, Lagos on Friday October 23rd.

Speaking to journalists after the screening about Fifty which she said was ‘made with so much love’, Ms Abudu was full of thanks to her team for their support and hard work.

Fifty tells the story of four glamorous middle class women in present day Lagos dealing with the challenges that women globally are dealing with. With an all-star cast of top acts including Nse Ekpe Etim, Iretiola Doyle, Wale Ojo, Omoni Oboli, Dakore Akande amongst others, Fifty explores themes around family dynamics, friendship, marriage and abuse.

Directed by the award winning Biyi Bandele, Fifty is set for worldwide release on the 18th of December, 2015 and will be showing in all cinemas nationwide.
