Olamide has revealed himself and his YBNL protegee, Fireboy are ready to shake the world with their music after confirming a new deal with Empire.
On Tuesday, February 18, the Nigerian indigenous rapper revealed via his various social media platform that his record label, Yahoo Boy No Laptop, YBNL has signed a joint deal with the music distribution company, Empire.
The elated rapper revealed via Twitter that he is fascinated by the offer and he is set to take his music global.
According to the rapper, the aim and objective is predominantly to promote the work of artistes signed to YBNL and potential acts.

Making the announcement on Twitter, Olamide wrote: ‘Happy to announce that YBNL and Empire got a joint venture deal. Myself and Fireboy with any other act I sign next ready to shake the world.’
Olamide also used his Twitter platform to eulogize his fans and followers who have stood with him throughout the years. The rapper apologized for taking so long to sign an international deal; further, he mentioned that he is ready to promote his music to a new audience across the world.
The rapper also took a swipe at trolls who alleged that the rapper was unable to sign a massive deal due to his colloquial style of music. The ‘Wonma’ crooner has revealed he is ready to take his brand to another level.

The distribution and publishing company, Empire have also confirmed the deal with Olamide’s record label.
