Police nabs wanted Boko Haram members in Taraba

Two Boko Haram kingpins who were declare wanted by Nigerian Army were arrested in Taraba state by the Nigerian Police Force while on surveillance around the state. The two wanted Boko Haram kingpins, Alhaji Ali Abdu and Abdulmumuni Abdulahi all indigenes of Yobe state were arrested through intelligent gathering according to the Commissioner of Police Taraba state command, Shaba Alkari.

The Commissioner disclosed this while briefing journalist at the police headquarters in Jalingo over the recent achievements recorded by the police command. Shaba stated that the first suspect Ali Audu was arrested at Tela town in Gasol local government area of Taraba state on 22 of April 2016 through a tip off. Read more
