Some pedestrians on Monday expressed delight at the pace of the ongoing construction of the pedestrian bridge in the Berger axis of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Gov. Akinwunmi Ambode of the Lagos State had approved the construction of the bridge following several complaints by users of the road.
The pedestrians said in Lagos that the bridge would reduce the rate of accidents and vehicular traffic slow-down that usually occur in the area. Read more
