Very good photos of a fascinating hyper-realistic statue fabricated by a sculptor are currently making the rounds on social media.
A Facebook user identified as Ugochukwu Tony Oputa shared these fascinating photos; that are of a hyper-realistic statue. According to the reports, the statue was created by a former corp member and sculptor; one who also identifies himself as Arigbede Ojo Olaropo.
The hyper-realistic creation of a female corps member has likewise left numerous onlookers awestruck.
The impeccable work of art shares an intense physical resemblance with the model who represented the scope of the work..
The sculpture was made by Arigbede Ojo Olaropo; a talented artist, who also just completed his national youth service in Edo state.
“This should pass as one of the most realistic sculptures ever made around these parts.
From the accurate proportion &scaling of the mould.
The painting, proper shading of the highlights & mid-tones, the detailing, etc.
Up until recently I still had my doubts that it’s was an actual statue. I was thinking it could be a pun.
This statue was made by a corp member Arigbede Ojo Olaropo, a Batch C, Stream 2 Corps member with state code ED/18C/3549.
Further, he just completed his service year at Benin City, Edo State.
He is an art instructor, he is into Figure Modelling, Paper Modelling, Metal Art, Junks art, Water Fountain, Building of Tree House and lots more.” Oputa wrote.
The sculptor as well as ex-corper, served in Edo state; and he built the statue for the beautification of the NYSC zonal office, Oredo local government, Benin city.
Olaropo is an art instructor, who is also into figure modelling and other art derivative forms.
