Singer calls out SARS officers for shaving his hair


A budding Nigerian singer identified as Official Xavage has called out officials of Special Anti-Robbery Squad, F-SARS for reportedly shaving his hair.


According to the youngster, SARS officers harassed him on Friday, October 4 while he was on his way to Ekpoma, Edo State. He revealed that they coercively shaved his hair with an unsterilized razor blaze.


The young man mentioned that the officers further took heinous steps by using the same blaze to shave the head of other young men in the scene. This is one of the daily scenarios reported against F-SARS officials.

Reporting the assault on his social media platform, the singer wrote, “Still don’t know how my hair is Nigeria’s problem. I was forced to cut my hair by fed sars today on my way to Ekpoma. They used a razor blade which obviously they used on everyone else. fuck they even cut me.”

A couple of days ago, popular social media critic, Joe Abah criticized the Nigerian youth for its misplaced priorities. According to him, the youths need to rally together and fight for justice against F-SARS.


Joe Abah, who made this call via his verified Twitter handle further revealed that the priorities of the next generation are misplaced. He criticized the current generation for their inability to kick against nefarious activities of F-SARS.


Joe Abah tweeted, “You try to be a big brother to Naija youth but they prefer #BigBrotherNaija. You trend #EndSARS to protect them, although SARS will never harass you the way they harass them, they prefer to trend #ReleaseTacha. As many parents often ask, “At what point exactly did I go wrong?”
