Amazon: 3 new tablets your entire family can use

Amazon has just announced three new versions of its Fire tablets; with the aim to ensure you stay entertained during the current lockdown.

Building on the existing Fire series, Amazon now have the Fire HD 8; HD 8 Plus; and the Fire HD 8 Kids Edition. They have a whole host of new features to make it worth picking up right now.

Whether you need something to occupy the kids (with games, entertainment services and streaming); or you need something big and powerful to surf the internet or read your book, these new devices are the answer to your problem.

All three tablets are roughly 30% faster than their predecessors; and can house up to a TB of storage; meaning you’ll be hard-pressed to fill up your memory with hundreds of books, movies, TV shows and also apps.

The Fire HD 8 is releasing for £89.99 in four colours: White; Black; Twilight Blue; as well as Plum.

It will begin shipping on June 3.

It will have a powerful 8” 1280 x 800 high definition display, which will make your streaming service or game of choice look clean and crisp, and it will run smoothly with the 2.0 GHz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM and up to 1TB of storage capacity for all your apps.

Whats more, it will run for up to 12 hours on a single charge of battery, and it will go from 0-100% in just five hours.
