
A transgender sex worker accused of infecting a client with HIV did not want to face the reality of her test results and continued working as a prostitute, a court has been told. Clayton James Palmer, who identifies as female and works under the name Sienna Fox, allegedly had unprotected sex with a man multiple times despite having been told she was HIV positive.
She has pleaded not guilty to grievous bodily harm in the Australian court, saying that she did not know that she was HIV positive.
