In mid-2009, Wizkid attended Lagos State University (LASU). But he transferred to Lead City University where he eventually dropped out to focus wholly on his music career.


In 2011, he released his debut studio album titled Superstar which shot the singer into nationwide then. When he released Ayo in 2014 he had already collaborated with international superstars such as Chris Brown.


Next was his third studio album titled Sounds From The Other Side.

He worked with Canadian superstar Drake on the single “Come Closer”.  Meanwhile, he featured Chris Brown on the hit track “African bad girl.”


He has featured big stars such as Trey Songz, Ty Dolla $, Major Lazer, Efya and Buice. Above all, he is currently one of the richest superstars in the world and he is renowned both home and abroad.
