Yvonne Jegede has broken down in tears amidst the compulsory lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.


The delectable Nollywood actress revealed that she is trying hard to contain herself. Yvonne Jegede stated that she misses the outdoor life and cannot continue with the isolation.


The mother of one prayed for everyone to be safe and advised her fans to keep in touch with their friends and loved ones.

In her words:

It’s getting tough for me. I can’t deal with this anymore.
But most importantly I want to send love to everyone out there. I cannot even imagine what other people are going through. I’m looking out the window and praying for a miracle. I feel imprisoned. Not a soul on the streets of my estate.
It’s better to be safe than sorry. Stay safe; stay at home.
Remember hygiene is paramount.
I don’t want people to die. I’m so scared

A couple of days ago, Yvonne Jegede took to her Instagram page to admonish her followers to practice safety.


The single mother of one took to social media on Thursday, March 26 where she tried to sensitize her followers.


Here is what she wrote.

Safety first before you exercise your faith.

Please don’t self medicate when you feel any symptoms, get medical help.

Protect yourselves. 🙏🏽




As a matter of fact, Nigeria has racked up more cases of the coronavirus.
